Over the years, since 2006 when RPGMapShare was founded, a lot of people have uploaded a lot of stuff. And, as a result of multiple software changes, the original owner information for just about all of them has been lost.
Sometimes I can tell who originally uploaded a file, based on the filename (it used to be standard practice to put your initials in as part of the filename. For example, files I upload will have a filename something like “tank01_SR.png”. The “SR” standing for Steel Rat). But, I can’t always tell, or have forgotten who’s initials they might be.
So, if there is an image in the gallery that belongs to you, but isn’t noted as such in the “Author” field when viewing an image, simply click the “Report a problem with this gallery item” link when viewing an image. It will be on the right side below the description and other properties. When you click that, it will open up the private messaging page, with me as the recipient. Let me know that you’re the author of that item, and we’ll work out how to verify that info.
