The Tower of Pestilence, Random Floor - A random floor of the home of the apocalyptic rider Pestilence. Made of living blue metal, the tower can change at its owner's will. That's also the reason the doors are missing. The glowing tubes contain soldiers (or anything appropriately creepy). The liquid looking circles are elevators.
