Page Hits
Page hits count visits and navigations (non-admin visitors only).
Sitewide search: +1 when the search page loads +1 each time a user types a term and hits search (or loads more results via pagination/infinite scroll). Multiple searches during one visit each count separately.
Latest images: +1 per page load (including pagination and date filter changes).
Galleries/albums: +1 on initial load +1 per AJAX filter/sort/pagination.
Images: counted whenever an image is shown in the lightbox (grid open, prev/next buttons, keyboard arrows, and thumbnail bar).
The charts aggregate all of the above. Sidebar scope breakdowns pair each total-hits graph with specific pages/items and country detail for the same time scope. The right-column summary tables are all-time detail-backed summaries, not bucket-for-bucket companions to a single graph. Country summaries are forward-looking and appear when the server can resolve a country code for the request.
Exact-match page/item and country detail begins on 2026-07-09. Historical daily, weekly, monthly, and annual charts now use that same detail-backed coverage, so older buckets before that date appear as zero instead of borrowing rollup totals.
Summary
From X posts
Hits from Roundup links tagged utm_source=x (X Post Composer → Latest Images). Same rules as other page hits: each landing counts, including the same person returning or opening another post that uses the same Latest link. Link-preview bots/crawlers (e.g. Twitterbot) are ignored so unfurls do not inflate the total. Only the arrival is tagged as From X, not later browsing on the site. Older untagged posts are not included.
Charts
Last 60 Minutes chart shows per-minute activity over a rolling 60-minute window (most granular recent view). 24h chart shows hourly counts over a rolling 24-hour window. Line chart shows day-by-day hits. Bar charts show aggregated weekly and monthly trends. Annual charts show full non-rolling calendar years broken down by month (newest year first; completed prior years remain on the page). All charts are responsive.
Note on search hits: Each time a user types a term and submits a search (plus each pagination or infinite scroll load) adds a separate hit. This is why active search sessions produce multiple entries in the charts.
