Welcome to RPGMapShare.com, a place to share maps and mapping objects for any type of Role-Playing Game. The maps and objects are intended for use mainly with any of the various Virtual Tabletop applications, such as Battlegrounds or Maptool, but as long as you have a computer and a way to display images, you can use them for your games. We're about sharing here, so uploading of your own maps and objects is encouraged. Please follow the directions when uploading, especially regarding usage restrictions, and we'll all be happy. Upgrade completed

Well, the server upgrade is done. Managed to survive with only a few bumps and bruises.
Hopefully you'll see a performance increase due to the better server. If you encounter any problems, either reply to this post, or start a new topic in the forum.
Server Upgrade

I'll be having my dedicated server upgraded here in the next few days. I don't have a solid date and time yet, but it will probably be in the early morning hours here in the US.
So, overseas users will be most affected during the downtime. I'll update this post with the date and time, and the expected dowtime when I have it.
Removal of NPC Repository

I'll be removing the NPC Repository page since no one has seen fit to contribute to it or even comment about it.
Reply here if you can think of a way to make it easier to implement or would like to see it stay for some reason.

I've registered an IRC channel for RPGMapShare, in case anyone wants to hang out and chat.
I've also installed a simple IRC chat page internal to the site here, for those who aren't familiar with IRC and don't want to install anything.
