Spy Truck 1 - Introducing the Secret Service Security Specialist Support Surveillance System TYPE ONE.
From the outside its just an old truck... From the inside is a fully outfitted surveillance system!
The cabin is part of the Rpgmapshare CCKW Truck set - this set is in five pieces, outsides and insides, making it very moddable. Here the nose is shortened, US Army symbol removed, and the seats replaced with those used inside the container. Sci-fi Seats also by Rpgmapshare.
The aim was originally to just create the inside of standard 20-foot shipping containers, which are often used as offices and accomodation too, but in this case a vehicle was added. By removing the cabin you just have the container; the cabin could also be cut off and replaced with other Steel rats vehicle fronts.
