cart zip files broke?

A friend and I cannot get the .zip files created from the cart to unzip. Is this a known problem? (I tried searching and looking at forum topics and nothing jumped out at me.)

Also, is there a way to change it so that the full-size image is the first one that comes up for an image? The "downsized" versions are annoying and wasting your bandwidth when the full-size is like 5% bigger.

Other than that, thanks for the site and the great art, lesse if I can put it to good use! (If so, $ for the tip jar!)

Hi Claud9999,

When the cart downloads it goes into G2cart.zip folder and when unzipped into G2cart folder. Sometimes if downloading the zip the internet connection is lost so the Zip becomes corrupt, the PC giving no warning. Personally, this has only ever happed when downloading files 40mb, 70mb or bigger from other sites. Perhaps if you try with a small number of items (no albums!) at a time it may work better...

Warning - "Adding entire albums to your cart may result in undownloadable carts! Please be judicious and add only individual items to your cart, and empty your cart frequently."

Hope the zips work out ok!

Some of the full sized pics are 5mb maps and such, so would take a long time to load if they appeared first when browsing the galleries.

ProBono is exactly right. So far no one has complained of the zips not opening. But I would suspect the full zip didn't get downloaded or something similar.

I haven't heard anyone else mention anything like that. Can anyone confirm?

I'm having the same problem. It usually works with 1 or 2 files, but with too many the site just stops responding to my brower. I've tried it in Explorer and Chrome, with the same result.

Maybe having entire galleries or large maps as a separate zip for download would work??

The tokens look great tho, can't wait to get my hands on them!

Actually that's not the same problem as scandragon, you've got the opposite problem. There is a warning about it on the main page of the site.
