Suggestions for when you upload maps...

I would really like to see people include the following:
- What program was used?
- What scale? (eg 200px = 5')
- Some kind of background on the area shown?
On the third item I'm not asking for an entire module just some basic background on what kind of place is being show, who it was intended for, possible uses. That kind of thing.
Often times I look at maps people have uploaded and I'm sure there is a story there that I would like to hear. Maybe one that I can even use in my own campaigns.
Yeah, it would be nice to know these things.
Now about the scale; mayn of the maps I put up here will probably be gridless quick maps. Not sure how I can identify scale.
