600gb?? Holy crap! That's an entire drive dedicated to one file??
As a jpg though, no way it should take 11mb. You'd lose a little detail, but...

I have this image in full rez. It's pretty hefty, the PSD is like 600GB. This was the largest I could post it, with the 11MB limit. Notice unlike my other work the detail here is pretty lame.
