Dundjinni issues....appreciate any help

I'm having issues registering for dundjinni forums. I've been trying for over a month and the webmaster says he's working on it, but I would really like help. Since I (obviously) can't post on the dundjinni forums to ask for help, I'd appreciate any help I could get. I registered for the forum, but it didn't send the activation email. When I click resend activation email, it gives me this error message:

Persits.MailSender.4 error '800a0006'
550 Authentication is required for relay
/forums/functions/functions_send_mail.asp, line 285

Anybody have/had a similar issue?
Any ideas how to fix it?

I'd appreciate any help I can get.

The second error is definitely a problem on their end. Probably easy to fix, a config option with the forum software.

Well, whether or not it's easy to fix, it still is not fixed....you'd think that they would fix an issue like this ASAP, since i'm probably not the only person having this problem........
